Orthophytum duartei is a species in the genus Orthophytum.
The bromeliad is endemic to the Atlantic Forest biome (Mata Atlantica Brasileira), located in southeastern Brazil. [1] It is native within the states of Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais. [1]
