Otoyol 32 (O-32, also known as the İzmir-Çeşme Otoyolu or locally Çeşme Otoyolu, English: Motorway 32) is a toll motorway in the Aegean Region of Turkey connecting the cities of İzmir and Çeşme. It runs from east to west with an extent of 68 km (42 mi). Its construction began in December 1989 and the highway was opened in September 1997.
The O-32 passes through the campus area of the İzmir Institute of Technology (İYTE), and is an important route for the İzmir Technology Development Zone,[1] which is located within the İYTE campus. It provides access to the beltway of Izmir at its eastern end and is part of European route
