Sri P.L.Narasimha Rao Patnaik is the Founder and Chairman of this College. This Law College has come into existence with the guidance of sri Penumatcha Sambhasiva raju, Ex-Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Professor R.Venkat Rao of Andhra University and Sri Pappu Anantha Padmanabha Sharma (Addl. Collector) Kakinada.

This Law College has produced many Eminent Advocates, several Law Officers, Many Judicial Officers.

Dr.G.Sathyanarayana, Eminent Educationalist is Principal of this college. This Law College is located in Turangi, Kakinada-16, Andhra Pradesh.
