Paolo Presta

Paolo Presta is an American actor and talk show host.

Early life

Presta is of Italian heritage[1] and was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois.[2] He began acting at the age of eleven, starting with school plays.[3]

Career

In 2004, Presta was featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show in the “Wildest Dreams” segment, during which Presta was given a speaking role on the sitcom Will & Grace. Following this he became a full-time actor,[4] with roles on shows including General Hospital.[3][5] He later also worked for television shows Ellen and The Talk.[2][6]

Presta is the host of the web talk show series A Spoonful of Paolo, first airing in 2011,[2][6] in which Presta interviews public figures. These figures have included Ricki Lake,[7] Anthony Geary,[8] Florence Henderson, Linda Carter,[2] Wendy Williams, and Sharon Osbourne.[5] His show’s interviews have also shown in television segments of the Oprah Winfrey Network.[9]
