Pattikkad is a fast developing junction in Thrissur district of Kerala.
Location
Pattikkad is situated at about 12 km north-east of Thrissur. Pattikad proudly hosts the Centre of H R P F (human rights protection front). This place is just 8 km from Peechi dam a tourist destination.
Education
The Kerala Forest Research Institute is situated between Pattikkad and Peechi. The Agricultural University is situated at Vellanikkara near Pattikkad. Around 1400 students are studying in the Govt LP School and Govt High School Pattikad.

Panencherry Panchayat Office is in Pattikkad, Panencherry and Peechi Villages are also in Pattikkad.
