Paul Pantano (born 23 February 1982) is an Australian actor.
Career
Pantano received his first role appearing on the series Police Rescue. He appeared twice on police drama series Water Rats, in which his second role on the show earned him a Young Actor's Award at the Australian Film Institute Awards in 1998. Pantano has appeared in many roles on Australian television throughout his career. In 2001 he played the part of Jack Scully in Neighbours, a role which was later portrayed by Jay Ryan. He received his first leading role in 1998 when he was cast as 'Marcello Di Campili' in the children's television series Crash Zone, playing the character for two seasons until 2001. His other leading roles where in the critically acclaimed FOX8 drama series Dangerous and Breakers. Pantano has also appeared in many recurring roles on popular series including Wildside, Stingers, Blue Heelers, All Saints, the television mini-series The Pacific and his one of his best known roles was on Home and Away as 'Elliot Gillen',[1] in which he appeared in one of the most important storylines of the 2008 season.
Pantano received his first film role in 1995 having a part in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie'. He has also appeared in the films Son of the Mask, Stealth." He had a leading role in Australian boxing film "Two Fists, One Heart." More recently in 2013, Pantano has worked on "The Adventures of Sam Fox" in his role as Miguel, As well as short film 'Melvis' and web series "The Army within."
