Paul S. Williams Jr. (born October 17, 1929) is a retired United States Army lieutenant general who served as Commanding General, 1st Cavalry Division from 1978 to 1980.[1] He later served as commander of the V Corps from 1984 to 1986, and as Deputy Chairman of the NATO Military Committee.[2][3]
