Pavel Polakovič (born January 11, 1974 in Smolenice, Trnava) is a retired amateur boxer, who represented the Czech Republic during his career. He gained the bronze medal in the men's light middleweight division at the 1996 European Amateur Boxing Championships in Vejle, Denmark, alongside Hungary's György Mizsei.
