Phil Bloom
Phil Bloom (born November 27, 1945) is a Dutch artist, entertainer and actress. She was the first person to appear completely nude on Dutch television, on 28 July 1967. She was a member of the Fluxus network.
She was born in Berkel en Rodenrijs, and today lives in Antwerp.
