Philipp Karner, (born on July 15, 1979 in Vienna, Austria) is an American actor, writer and director who is best known for starring in the film Kiss the Bride. His directorial debut "Like You Mean It" was released in 2015. He is openly gay.[1]
Career
Philipp Karner first appeared as the teenage Johann Strauss in the Austrian-based mini-series Strauss Dynasty. Then in the United States, he appeared in television shows such as What I Like About You, Sex and the City,Will & Grace, The Sopranos, and Without a Trace. He became generally known for starring in the 2007 comedy Kiss the Bride. He also appeared in Corrosion and the 2010 film Fair Game. Philipp co-wrote and produced a film called "Diving Normal" which has been released 2013. It stars Susie Abromeit and Scotty Crowe as well as Philipp. He recently directed his first feature film. The film is called "Like You Mean It" and was released in December 2015.
