The Cordillera Yanachaga's frog (Phrynopus bracki) (Spanish: ranita de la Cordillera Yanachaga) is a species of frog in the Craugastoridae family. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
