Phytopharm was a pharmaceutical company based in the United Kingdom. According to the company's website, its lead products were Cogane and Myogane, which are members of the sapogenin class of compounds. It was listed on the London Stock Exchange and was a constituent of the FTSE Fledgling Index.
The company collapsed following failure of its main drug during clinical trials.[2] It is now named Ixico.[3]
