Rahim Shahriari (Azerbaijani: Rəhim Şəhriyari, Persian: رحیم شهریاری) is a garmon player and singer born in Shamqazan district of Tabriz, Iran in 1970. Shahriari is leader of the Araz musical group.
Araz musical group
Araz (Azerbaijani: آراز) is an International Iranian Azerbaijanis musical group. The group was created in 1996 by Rahim Shahriari.[1][2] Music genre of Araz musical group is Azerbaijani pop music, folklore music and folk music. Araz musical group concerts are held in Tabriz,[3] Urmia,[4] Ardabil,[5] Zanjan,[6] Astara,[2] Karaj,[7] Bahman Cultural Center[8] and Milad Tower.[9] and international concert in United States,[10] Canada[1][6] and Europe.[2]

He runs Azerbaijani musics concert in UCLA University, Turlock Community Theatre, Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and Thomas Jefferson Community Center Theater in United States since 1395 - Nowruz for Iranian in United States especially Azerbaijani Americans.[11]
