Ramachaari is a 1991 Indian Kannada language film directed by D. Rajendra Babu starring V. Ravichandran and Malashri in the lead roles. The music was composed by Hamsalekha. The film was a remake of Tamil superhit film Chinna Thambi Actually this movie started after Ravi chandrans Dream project " Shanthi-Kranthi", When Ravi faced financial crisis for his venture, he was supposed to do a small budget movie.Kushboo, actress in Shanthi-kranthi and also Heroine in Ranadheera,Anjada gandu,Yugapurusha,came forward to help him.She convinced "Chinna thambi" producers and brought Dubbing rights. Then Ravichandran approached for distributors. Cash & Carry shooting started. Without prior plan Ravi sold distribution rights. Ramachari became "Megahit", Ravi's next dream project became Flop.
