Raul del Mar (born March 20, 1941) is a Filipino politician. A member of the Lakas-CMD Party and the Bando Osmeña - Pundok Kauswagan regional party, he has been elected to six terms as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the First District of Cebu City. He was elected to three consecutive terms in Congress beginning in 1987 until 1998, and was elected to another three consecutive terms in 2001, 2004 and 2007. He is a graduate of the University of San Carlos and the Ateneo Law School.
