Rikarudo Higa (比嘉 リカルド Higa Rikarudo, born May 4, 1973) is a former Japanese football player. Although he was born in Brazil, he obtained Japanese citizenship in August 2003. He was formerly known as "Ricardo" until August 2003.
He also played Japan national futsal team (2003-2008) and Japan national beach soccer team (2009). He was a member of the Japan national futsal team for the 2008 FIFA Futsal World Cup in Brazil.
