Richard "Rich" G. Collins is an American politician and Republican member of the Delaware House of Representatives from January 13, 2015 to present, representing District 41.
Bio
Rich was a farmer for over 35 years and is owner of Access Insurance. He lives with his wife Susie and has 3 children, and 5 grandchildren.[1]
