Richard T. Devereaux is a retired Major General from the US Air Force. His last post was the Director, Operational Planning, Policy and Strategy, Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations, Plans and Requirements, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C.[1]
Academic career
He attended the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado. He graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs.[2]
Military career
He retired from the US Air Force in 2012 at the rank of Major General.[3]
Civilian career
In Feb. 2013, he joined The SPECTRUM Group (TSG), a consulting firm.[4][5]
