Rolando Gutierrez Andaya, Jr. (born March 10, 1969) is current congressman of 1st District of Camarines Sur and former Secretary of Department of Budget and Management.

Early life

Born Rolando Gutierrez-Andara, Jr. on March 10, 1969, in Manila. He was the son for Congressman Rolando Andaya, Sr.

Personal life

Rolando Andaya Jr. was married to Marissa Lirio Mercado with 2 children: Rolando Andaya IV and Katrina Andaya. He is also an older brother to Maribel Eusebio, current Mayor of Pasig.

Educational Life

In 1991, he finished his degree in Business and Economics, major in Legal Management at the De La Salle University in Manila, and in 1995 graduated his Bachelor of Laws at the Ateneo de Manila University.

Political Life

Rolando Andaya Jr. was the Representative of the 1st District of Camarines Sur to the 11th Congress in 1998 to 2001, 12th Congress in 2001 to 2004 and 13th Congress from 2004 to the present. On February 5, 2006, he was appointed Budget and Management Secretary. On June 30, 2010 he is the Representative of the 1st District of Camarines Sur to the 15th Congress in 2010 to present.
