Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Lusaka
The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Lusaka (Archidioecesis Lusakensis) in Zambia covers an area of 64,000 km² (24,720 mi²). As of 2004, of the 3.3 million citizens in the area, 736,194 are members of the Catholic Church. The archdiocese is subdivided into 70 parishes, and has 184 priests.
The archdiocese is the metropolitan for the dioceses of Chipata, Kabwe, Livingstone, Mongu, Monze, Ndola, and Solwezi.
