The Roman Catholic Diocese of Mysore (Latin: Mysurien(sis)) is a diocese located in the city of Mysore in the Ecclesiastical province of Bangalore in India.

- 1850: Established as the Apostolic Vicariate of Mysore from the Diocese of Madura
