Rosalie Garcia

Rosalie Garcia, also known as Shorty, was a former drug dealer. She headed a deadly heroin ring in the part of NYC called the Bronx throughout the 1990s. Rosalie made $70,000 per week as part of the Hoe Ave Crew. Rosalie showcased on the TV show Gangsters: America's Most Evil called Lethal Beauties: Beltran, Henao and Garcia. Rosalie was convicted in the trial United States v. Rosalie Garcia, Manuel Roman, and Ricardo Silva Rosalie was convicted and sentenced to life in prison. . Her son was also convicted at trial.
