Ryan Lee Strausborger (born March 4, 1988) is an American professional baseball left fielder who is currently a free agent. He made his Major League Baseball (MLB) debut with the Rangers in 2015.
Career
Strausborger played college baseball at Indiana State University; where he was thrice a 1st team, 'All-MVC player; he ranks among the career leaders in most offensive categories for the Indiana State Sycamores. He was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 16th round of the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft.[1]
Strausborger was called up to the majors for the first time on August 4, 2015.
On July 5, 2016, Strausborger was acquired by the Seattle Mariners from the Rangers in exchange for a International Bonus slot.
