SKBM Degree College (formerly known as Muslim Rajput Inter College) in Dildarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, is situated in the far east of the town. SKBM Inter College became a degree college in 2013. It is one of the oldest colleges of the Ghazipur district, established in 1938 as Muslim Rajput High School, renamed in 1969 to Syed Kamsar-O-Bar Muslim Inter College, Dildar Nagar.

History

Mohammad Syed Khan tried to uplift the educational standard of Kamsar-O-Bar throughout his life. He was born in year 1894 in historical village Usia. After completing his B.A. (Hons.) from Presidency College with first division, he joined Patna College, Patna as a lecturer. Jaiprakash Narayan was his student. Later, he was appointed as a Deputy Collector in Hajaribad of Bihar.

In 1938 he established Muslim Rajput High School at Dildar Nagar. In 1949, Rajput High school became Muslim Rajput Inter college. Rajput Inter College was renamed again in 1969 to Syed Kamsar-O-Bar Muslim Inter College. Khan died in 1966 and was buried in Patna.
