STX Offshore & Shipbuilding (Korean: STX조선해양) is a South Korean shipbuilding company. It is the world's fourth largest shipbuilder,[1] owning STX Europe, Europe's second largest shipbuilding group. It has built about 700 ships 40 years in Busan and Jinhae.
The company filled for bankruptcy on 27th, May 2016.[2]
