Steam Powered Giraffe

Steam Powered Giraffe officially formed in 2008, composed of David Michael Bennett and his twin sister Isabella "Bunny" Bennett, as well as Jonathan Sprague and Erin Burke. In 2012, after Jon and Erin had left the group, Sam joined, as they needed a drummer. Sam's fictional alias was and is that of "Hatchworth", an Art Deco robot created by an inventor named Peter A. Walter in 1896, and made from a cast-iron stove.[1] Sam made his stage debut as Hatchworth on November 2, 2012, and served as a songwriter, vocalist, and bassist on the group's third studio album, MK III.[1]
