Shoutoku Brewery (招徳酒造株式会社 Shoutoku syuzou Kabushikigaisha) is a Japanese manufacturer of sake, based in Fushimi, Kyoto, Japan.
History
The Shoutoku Brewery was founded by Jirozaemon Kimura in 1645 in central Kyoto; Japan's capital between 794 to 1868; it was transferred to Kyoto's Fushimi district in 1925.
Products
Shoutoku is a handmade sake brewed according to the traditional Japanese method called "Junmai-Ginjo".
