Simone Antonio Cilio (born 4 September 1992) is an Italian film composer best known for his film scores.

Life and career

Simone Cilio^[1] was born in Niscemi, Italy. Since childhood he showed an unconditional love for music and film scores. Simone's film score work began with the short film drama Next To Me in 2013. He began to be the subject of more media attention after working on David Phillips and Douglas Spain's feature film Badsville in 2016, directed by April Mullen, starring Robert Knepper, Emilio Rivera, Ben Barrett, Ian McClaren and Corbin Timbrook; his score has been nominated as Best Original Score at the Maverick Movie Awards. He is an active member of the Society of Composers & Lyricists^[2] and PRS for Music.
