Single Award Science

In the United Kingdom, Single Award Science is the combined study in secondary school of GCSE biology, chemistry and physics, and a pupil achieves one grade overall from completing the course. A pupil choosing this subject has a wider range of other science subjects to study at GCSE than those taking Double Award Science. Those passing single award science can progress to A Levels in science-based subjects.
