Sixth Form Colleges' Association

The Sixth Form Colleges’ Association (SFCA) is an organisation which represent the interests of designated Sixth Form Colleges in the UK, of which there are 93.

The organisation was set up in 1993 as the Sixth Form Colleges' Forum when Sixth Form Colleges became independent corporations; it was renamed the SFCA in 2013.[1] The SFCA leads national negotiations with recognised trade unions on pay and conditions of staff in Sixth Form Colleges, undertakes an annual funding survey,[2][3] and provides a range of services to members and represents their interests on a local and national level.

The SFCA also act as the secretariat for the All Party Parliamentary Group for Sixth Form Colleges.[4]
