The Slovenian Second Basketball League (Slovene: 2 Slovenska Košarkarska Liga or 2. SKL) is the second-highest basketball league in Slovenia.
Format
Each team plays with each other team of the division twice, once at home and once at their opponent's arena.
- The winner of the regular season is promoted to the Liga Nova KBM.
- The second and third placed teams play Promotion Playoffs with two teams from Liga Nova KBM.
- The ninth and tenth placed teams play Relegation Playoffs with two teams placed third from 3. SKL – West and 3. SKL – East.
- The two worst teams are relegated to 3. SKL.
