Special Rules Committee (Georgia House)
The House Special Rules Committee is a 16 member legislative body consisting of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, and 13 members. The Committee operates under a House mandate to support the Rules Committee.[1]
Scope and jurisdiction
The House Special Rules Committee is responsible for accomplishing the special tasks given them by the Rules committee and to overall support them in accomplishing their mandate.[1]
