The Sport Club Corinthians Paulista B or simply Corinthians B is a football team of São Paulo alternative to the main Corinthians, serving mainly to reveal players for the first team. Team B can not play the same division team A, so even if you can at any time access to the first division, you can not dispute it, even in a hypothetical situation in which the main dispute a lower division team to the Corinthians B.
History
The team was champion of the sixth division of the Paulista championship in 2001 and came to participate in the Paulista Football Federation Cup (now called the Copa Paulista) between 2004 and 2007.Atualmente the team participates in the Paulista Football Cup.
Stadium
The Municipal Stadium Antonio Soares de Oliveira, better known as "Flamengo Stadium" or "Crow's Nest" for the club mascot account is a football stadium located in the Tranquility Garden neighborhood in Guarulhos-SP, owned by Municipality of Guarulhos, this sports plaza currently has the capacity of 15 thousand seats.
At this stage, act as principals AA Flamengo football teams that dispute the Series A-2 Championship (equivalent to the second division), the AD Guarulhos, which currently plays the B series (equivalent to the 4th division of the Paulista Championship) and the Corinthians B, playing in the Copa Paulista Football.
