Stara Maszyna [ˈstara maˈʂɨna] (Kashubian: Stôrô Maszina) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sierakowice, within Kartuzy County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) south-east of Sierakowice, 19 km (12 mi) west of Kartuzy, and 47 km (29 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk. Kashubian vetch (Vicia cassubica) is native to the village.
