"Stop!" is a song by Jane's Addiction released on their 1990 album, Ritual de lo Habitual. It reached number one on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart for two non-consecutive weeks. It was written in 1986.[3]
In other media
- "Stop!" is used as the opening theme music for the syndicated radio program Boomer and Carton in the Morning, featuring Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton.
- The song has made numerous appearances in video games, TV shows and films including Burnout Paradise, Anger Management, Guitar Hero Smash Hits, Burnout Dominator and American Dad! in addition to the commercial for the Go Pro camera.
- The song appeared as a playable track in Guitar Hero II; it was one of four non-bonus songs in the game that was not a cover.[4]
