Queen's TV was a student-run television service at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. Started in 1980, the service has undergone many transformations. Originally called Studio Cue, the service changed its name to Studio Q when it joined the Alma Mater Society in 1985–86. In 2007 the service changed its name to Queen's TV or QTV. Over the course of its existence, the service has shifted its focus and format several times but is currently a weekly variety program with entertainment and news segments. The show is broadcast on TVCogeco 13 but is also made available on its website and YouTube.[1] Queen's TV had its last season in the 2014–15 school year before changing its name to Studio Q and performing different duties for Queen's University.[2]
