Born in New York City, raised in Rio de Rio de Janeiro. Later to pursue her career she came to reside permanently in the United States.[4]

Sex Tape Controversy
A sex tape of Suelyn and her boyfriend was stolen from her computer without permission in 2011 and made a huge stir on the Internet. While the attempts to reach the people behind the site were unsuccessful.[5][6]
DUI Arrest
In 2011, she was arrested under DUI charge after she sideswiped a parked car.[7] The L.A court ordered her to complete 3 months alcohol education program and was asked to appear in court August 17, 2012. Failing to appear in court the L.A court warrant was issued.[8] Later it was dropped on after her lawyer provided the legal paper of 10AA classes.[9] She was on 3 years summary probation for this incident[10]
