Susan Kent is a Minnesota politician and member of the Minnesota Senate. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), she represents District 53 in the eastern Twin Cities metropolitan area.
Education
Attended Isidore Newman in New Orleans. Kent attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a B.S. in communication studies.[1]

Kent was first elected to the Minnesota Senate in 2012.[2]
Personal life
Kent is married to her husband, Chris. They have one child and reside in Woodbury, Minnesota.[2]
