Symetra Classic

The Symetra Classic is an annual golf tournament held in Charlotte, North Carolina for professional women golfers on the Symetra Tour, the LPGA Tour's developmental tour. The 2015 tournament will played May 21–23 at Raintree Country Club. The event has been a part of the Symetra Tour's schedule since 2009. Prior to moving to Charlotte in 2012, it was played at The Dominion Country Club in San Antonio, Texas from 2009 to 2011.

The tournament is a 54-hole event, as are most Symetra Tour tournaments, and includes pre-tournament pro-am opportunities, in which local amateur golfers can play with the professional golfers from the Tour as a benefit for local charities. The title sponsor of the tournament is Symetra Financial Corporation, a life insurance corporation with headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.[1]
