Tavriysk or Tavriisk (Ukrainian: Таврійськ; Russian: Таврийск) is a town in Kherson Oblast (province) of Ukraine, close to the city of Nova Kakhovka. It is located on the left bank of the Dnieper River. Its population was 10,904 (2015 est.)[1].
