Thomas Rathsack is a lecturer and former member of the Danish special forces unit, Jægerkorpset.
Biography
Thomas Rathsack served with the Royal Life Guards as sergeant before getting accepted into the Jægerkorpset in 1990.[1] After serving, he worked as a civilian with photography and IT, before reenlisting after September 11 attacks.[1] He wrote a book about his experience as a special forces soldier in operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, titled Jæger – i krig med eliten (Jaeger: At War with Denmark's Elite Special Forces), which was widely talked about and criticized.[2][3] He now works as a lecturer.[1]
