Thymiatris cephalochra is a moth in the Xyloryctidae family. It was described by Lower in 1894. It is found in Australia,[1] where it has been recorded from New South Wales and Queensland.
The wingspan is about 45 mm. The forewings are dark-fuscous, mixed with ashy-grey and with the veins outlined with fuscous. There is a large suffused discal spot in the middle of the wing, as well as a yellowish hind marginal streak or line, dotted with fuscous. The hindwings are dark-fuscous with a narrow yellowish hindmarginal streak hardly reaching the anal angle, broadest at the apex.[2]
