Timothy J. Savage
Timothy J. Savage (born 1946) is a United States federal judge.
Savage was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received a B.A. from Assumption College in 1968. He received a J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1971. He was in private practice in Pennsylvania from 1971 to 2002. He was a Hearing examiner, Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board from 1976 to 2002.
Savage is a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Savage was nominated by President George W. Bush on March 21, 2002, to a seat vacated by Edward Cahn. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on August 1, 2002, and received his commission the same day.
