History
TriTech was founded in 1991 in San Diego, California by Christopher D. Maloney.[1] Chris interned at San Diego emergency transport company where he saw the need for a more efficient dispatch paradigm. TriTech’s first products were for the emergency transport market and was originally named American TriTech but was renamed in 1998 to TriTech Software Systems, as the company's business was not limited to the United States.[2]
Products
TriTech builds, implements, and supports product suites that are solely focused on public safety. These suites form an end-to-end, complete solution for all agency types (Law, Fire, EMS) and all agency sizes. TriTech supports five distinct product lines.[3][4][5]
Inform
Designed for multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional agencies and consolidations, TriTech’s Inform Public Safety Suite consists of fully integrated 911, computer aided dispatch, mobile data, records management, field-based reporting, and a jail management suite of applications. Integrated with a common workflow, the Inform Suite optimizes the way a PSAP, Law, Fire, and EMS agencies manage and process information.
Perform
As a single-platform system, TriTech’s Perform Public Safety Suite provides operational and economic value for agencies seeking a comprehensive public safety suite. With rapid deployment capabilities, an agency can automate processes using Perform Software within 60 days. The fully integrated public safety software suite reuses data between CAD, Mobile, Law RMS, Fire RMS, Jail, Civil, Detective, Administrative, and Cross Agency data sharing — so data is entered once and immediately accessible from other applications within the suite.
Respond
TriTech’s Respond EMS software addresses a wide range of pre-hospital requirements: EMS billing, patient care reporting, and dispatch software. Integration within the product suite improves revenue cycle management by reducing manual data entry and improving accuracy and saving time. Intelligent workflow and compliance tools help EMS professionals follow regulatory, medical and business practice protocols. The Respond product suite evolves from a rich history of EMS pioneers and leaders who understand the needs of today’s professionals.
TriTech.com
With TriTech’s cloud-based public safety software, TriTech manages the application, data and backend infrastructure while the end user utilizes the web-based software securely over the Internet. TriTech has been offering their software solutions through cloud-based, internet access for over eight years and has more than 300 customers currently using the TriTech.com solution-attesting to its proven performance.
