Named after the Tunxis Native American Tribe, Tunxis Community College is a two-year public college located in Farmington, Connecticut, United States. It opened in 1969 and is currently one of the twelve colleges in the Connecticut Community Colleges system.[2]
Accreditation
Tunxis Community College is licensed and accredited by the Connecticut Board of Governors for Higher Education and accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc.
