Victoria International college is accredited by the Ministry of higher education, Ministry of human resources and Malaysian qualification agency. All VIC courses are approved and recognized by the Ministry of higher education or Ministry of human resources and Malaysian qualification agency.

Victoria International college Diploma and Bachelor degree programs are approved and recognized by the Ministry of higher education and MQA. Malaysian Government Qualifications Agency (MQA) is responsible for quality assurance of higher education for both the public and the private sectors. The MQA is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the quality assurance practices and accreditation of national higher education. Accreditation is a formal recognition that the certificates, diplomas and degrees awarded by higher education institutions are in accordance with the set standards.

The skill courses are approved by the Ministry of human resource and the PTPTK department.
