William Gilbert Grace Jr. (6 July 1874 – 2 March 1905) was an English cricketer who was the first-born son of W. G. Grace. Educated at Clifton College and Pembroke College, Cambridge,^[1] he played 57 first-class matches for Cambridge University, Gloucestershire CCC and London County in a career lasting from 1893–1903, playing as an all-rounder. He made 1324 runs at an average of 15.21 with a highest score of 79, and took 42 wickets at an average of 39.45 with a best of 6/79.^[2]

He also played Rugby union for the Northants and East Midland XV. The careers of Grace Jr., Grace Sr. and his brother Charles Grace and uncle E. M. Grace: W. G. Jr., W. G. Sr. and Charles played together in two matches for London County in 1900 under the captaincy of W. G. Sr., and W. G. Jr., W. G. Sr. and E. M. played together four times for Gloucestershire. W. G. Sr. and Jr. played together numerous times for Gloucestershire and the MCC, mostly under W. G. Sr.'s captaincy. He died in 1905 at the age of 30 after an operation for appendicitis.^[3]
