WTRJ-FM (91.7 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Contemporary Christian and Christian teaching-talk format. Licensed to Orange Park, Florida, USA, the station serves the Jacksonville area. The station is currently owned by The River Educational Media, Inc.[1]
History
The station went on the air as WNLE on Halloween 1984. On September 21, 2006, WNLE changed its call sign to WJBC-FM, and again on May 4, 2010 to WTRJ-FM.[2] The Station is now under 91.7 & 91.9 The Promise as of May 1, 2011. While 88.1 The promise has changed to 88.1 K LOVE. 88.1 The Promise switched frequencies to provide a broader broadcasting area.
