Ware Cliffs are a set of long cliffs which stretch towards the town of Lyme Regis in Dorset to the Ware hamlet in the East Devon district of Devon, England. The cliffs are stituated near Pinhay Bay, on the Devon-Dorset border. The highest point on Ware Cliffs is the 'Black Ven', which reaches a height of approximately 137 metres (449 ft).[1]

There have been a notable amount of fossils found along the beaches of the Ware Cliffs in the past few years.[2] The cliffs are expected to have been formed in the early Jurassic period. Its approximate age is estimated to be around 199-189 million years old.
