William T. Davies (December 20, 1831 – September 21, 1912) was the fourth Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania from 1887 to 1891.

Davies was born in Glamorganshire, Wales. His family emigrated to Towanda, Pennsylvania in his youth. He was admitted to the bar as an attorney, and, in 1865, was elected as district attorney of Bradford County, Pennsylvania. He was later elected to two terms as member of the Pennsylvania State Senate from 1877 to 1885.^[1]
